John has been cycling for as long as he can remember. Forever a mountain biker he started with trail riding, moved in to downhill and then on to trials. These days John can mainly be found hitting the local trails or a bike park. John's proudest cycling moment is descending the Les Gets downhill run in one piece. John is the shop owner, mechanical guru and can list part codes of bike components in his sleep.

Edd
Shop Manager
Edd started working in the cycling industry 10 years ago after falling in love with road cycling a couple of years earlier. Edd loves an endurance ride, regularly being in the saddle for over 100 miles at a time. His favourite cycling memory is being part of the winning team in the pairs category for a 24hr endurance race around Brands Hatch. Edd is also the shop's resident bike fitter (Retul Level One)

Lee
Second in Command
Lee started cycling when he was 8 years old, but it was when he hit his 30s that he started cycling competitively. Lee was originally a mountain biker, but when his training stepped up he moved his cycling on to the roads and then transitioned to competing in triathlons. Now you're more likely to find Lee out and about on his gravel bike. The highlight of Lee's cycling background is winning his age group in an Iron Man. Lee is the shop's sales assistant, mechanic, website expert and chief tea maker.

Laura
Office Person
Laura's cycling experience is limited to cycling round the corner to her friend's house 25 years ago. These days her cycling responsibilities are limited to telling her 3 children to put their helmets on and washing John's cycling kit when he gets home from a muddy ride round the trails. Laura's proudest cycling memory is seeing her children learn to ride their bikes (after several days of shouting "Pedal!") Laura is the shop's administrator, book keeper and is always in charge of the Christmas decorations.
Dream Bike: One with four wheels (think they're known as a car)

Flo & Ruby
Shop Dogs
Flo & Ruby are the shop dogs. Whilst Ruby has a more part-time position, Flo can be found in store nearly every day. Ruby enjoys cycling, more specifically, running alongside a bike for as long as anyone will let her. Flo however takes more of a relaxed approach and will occasionally allow John to carry her as he cycles down the hill to the shop.
Dream Bike: We'd rather have a tennis ball
